The maximum diameter of the 180-degree split ball mill is 15 meters, and the height is 5 meters. The mill is made of Q235B, and is manufactured through multiple processes such as cutting, beveling, rolling, welding, splitting, welding, heat treatment, painting, machining, and rubber lining.
The cylinder of the split ball mill requires the verticality of the connecting flanges at both ends to be 0.05mm, the runout tolerance of 0.05mm, and the surface roughness to be 3.2. Both ends and the small holes around the cylinder need to be processed at one time.
