One of our key projects includes the manufacturing of a large AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) chassis base, measuring up to 14.4 meters in length. The primary materials used for this product include BST700L, Q690D, and Q355B, all sourced directly from Baosteel, ensuring the highest material quality. The chassis is constructed from 8mm thick steel plates, with a total weight of approximately 12 tons.
A significant feature of this product is the extensive bending required, and our advanced equipment allows us to achieve bending capabilities up to 15 meters, meeting the specific requirements for such large-scale components. We strictly adhere to manufacturing standards outlined in the project drawings, such as ISO2768-mk, and produce detailed shop drawings that align with these standards to ensure precise fabrication.
The welding requirements for this chassis are stringent, and we take exceptional care to ensure weld quality. All welds undergo magnetic particle inspection, and we rigorously follow the specifications outlined in the Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) for weld size and integrity.
